Travelers who require daily personal assistance may need to bring a companion or caregiver for added support. Many travelers who are mostly independent can participate with ease.

Once your package selection is received, we'll send a follow-up email with available travel date options. From there, we'll work with you to finalize your preferred travel dates and secure your hotel accommodations.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical needs, mobility devices, and trip adjustments.

Yes — you’re welcome to join us on your own, but if you’re not fully confident traveling solo, we strongly encourage bringing a companion to ensure you feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout your trip.

Yes! All of our tours are private and set up specifically for you.

All tours include private car transportation. Some tours offer an option for a bike sidecar for added adventure!

Physical Therapy will be conducted on the hotel grounds in a private space for easy access and comfort. Packages that include physical therapy offer a set number of PT days, with the freedom to choose which days work best. Sessions are conducted by licensed, English-speaking therapists experienced in mobility recovery.

Yes — additional sessions can be arranged directly through us. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll handle the scheduling for you

All packages include hotel accommodations in Sanur, airport transfers, transportation to and from tours, entrance fees to the tour sites, and a complimentary massage. Some packages also include physical therapy days.

The 8-day packages include three guided tours, while the 12-day packages include four. Both offer a blend of tours and free days, with optional add-ons for more activities.

No — flights, meals, and personal mobility equipment (such as crutches, braces, walkers, or wheelchairs) are not included in our packages. We’re happy to help guide you on what to bring or where to rent equipment locally, but these items remain the traveler’s responsibility. Meals are also not included unless otherwise stated for a specific activity.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to add extra tours, classes, or physical therapy sessions based on your interests. We recommend waiting until you arrive in Bali before scheduling additional activities — that way you can gauge your energy, comfort, and pace without overcommitting. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll take care of everything.

All travelers stay at Segara Village Hotel in Sanur — an accessible, peaceful beachfront property with easy pathways and a relaxing atmosphere.

Bali is warm and tropical year-round, so we recommend lightweight clothing, breathable layers, comfortable walking shoes, swimwear, and sun protection. If you use any mobility equipment, braces, or personal support items, be sure to bring them with you.
